Cancellation Policy:
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time.

Consultations:
Our consultation fee is $120 for consultations with Dr. Young and Dr. Parikh (or $75 if pre-paid at the time of scheduling). This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your procedure. You may also prepay the consultation fee through our Financing and Online Payment page. Consultation fees are assessed annually. If you come in within a year of your last procedure, there will be no fee applied for your consultation for your new procedure. If you miss your consultation appointment or if we are notified less than 48 hours of a cancellation / rescheduling before your consultation, you will be charged the consultation fee and it will be non-refundable. You will need to pay another consultation fee to reschedule your appointment. The consultation fee can be prepaid through our: AFBPS Financing and Online Payment page or by contacting our office at 425-990-3223. Missed appointment/no-show fees cannot be used for any future appointments.

Procedures:

Option #1:
A non-refundable deposit of $500. If you choose to cancel your procedure for any reason the $500 fee will remain non-refundable but may be applied to a future Procedure. If you cancel your procedure less than (2) weeks prior to your surgery date, you will be responsible to pay thirty percent (30%) of the total costs of the procedure (non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future procedure). If you cancel or reschedule your surgery less than seven (7) days before the day of the procedure, you will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the procedure (non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future procedure). The total cost of your procedure will be collected in full at the time of your Pre-Operative appointment (typically scheduled two weeks prior to your procedure date). After your procedure, there are no refunds given. If you have any questions regarding our financial or refund policy, feel free to contact our Patient Care Coordinator or Office Manager. Option #2:
A refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of your procedure ($500 minimum). If you choose to cancel or reschedule your procedure prior to two (2) weeks of your procedure date, you will receive your deposit back in full. If you cancel your procedure less than (2) weeks prior to your surgery date, you will be responsible to pay thirty percent (30%) of the total costs of the procedure (non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future procedure). If you cancel or reschedule your surgery less than seven (7) days before the day of the procedure, you will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the procedure (non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future procedure). Injectable appointments:
A deposit of $500 will be collected at the time of scheduling a Botox or Filler appointment with Dr. Young. If you choose to cancel your treatment for any reason the $500 fee will remain non-refundable but may be applied to a future Procedure. However, if you cancel your treatment less than (2) weeks prior to your appointment date, you will be responsible to pay thirty percent (30%) of the total costs of the treatment (non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future treatment). If you cancel or reschedule your treatment less than seven (7) days before the day of the appointment, you will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the treatment (non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future treatment). The remaining cost of your treatment will be collected in full at the time of your appointment. After your treatment appointment, there are no refunds given. Follow-up appointments:
Follow-up appointments are complimentary for your procedure(s). Our no show fee for follow-ups is $50. If you miss your follow-up appointment, you will be charged $50 to reschedule which will need to be prepaid through our: Financing and Online Payment page or by contacting our office at 425-990-3223. Missed appointment/no-show fees cannot be used for any future appointments.
