Before and after Lip Reduction Plastic Surgery. This patient came in wanting lip filling or enhancement. She didn’t understand what was going on with her aesthetics. We knew based on our theory on facial beauty that her issue was that her upper and lower lips were too big. So we had suggested lip reduction. As you can see in the after photos, we were right. Her aesthetics improved dramatically after we reduced her lips!
