Feel renewed and achieve the improved look that you've always envisioned. Facial implants can beautifully enhance your features. Consider a facial, chin, jaw, cheek or temple implant today and see the difference not only in your appearance but also in your self-esteem.
Adding facial implants to the facial skeleton can accentuate the areas of the cheek, chin, nose, and angle of the lower jaw. These skeletal augmentations re-drape and tighten the skin of the face to provide a more youthful appearance without the need for a more extensive lifting procedure. For example, a teenage girl may want her nose reshaped or chin brought forward to improve her proportion. Or as part of a facelift, a patient may want implants placed over the cheekbones to help restore a more youthful appearance. Implants may be used to fill out a face that appears “sunken” or tired.
Silicone implants are soft and feel like your own tissue. Silicone is close in chemical composition to carbon, which makes up our tissues. This allows silicone implants to have great compatibility when they are implanted into our bodies.
Most work on silicone implants are based in the breast area. Silicone implants never get integrated with the body’s tissues. A soft capsule forms around the implant. We have noticed when doing revisions for people with previous implants that the capsule can be formed by bone. We prefer silicone implants in the cheeks, chin, lateral jaws, and lips.
Medpor implants are made of porous polyethylene with little holes over the implant. The pore size is around 100 microns allowing blood vessels to grow into the implant. The blood vessels can fight any infection developing in the pores. The time to integration is 12 weeks. The medpor can then start acting like your own tissue. Early on, the chance of infection is a little higher for medpor implants than with silicone implants. But after 12 weeks, the chance of infection is lower compared to silicone.

“My goal was to find a method to bring back a person’s natural youthfulness without the operated, unnatural look and that is why I have my patients bring in photos of them when they were age 5 to 30. My YoungVitalizer helps restore natural and youthful contours they haven’t seen in years.”
