The above before and after shows a testimonial for our face neck lift procedure. A face and neck lift is the main way to improve this anatomical situation. Liposuction of the face and neck can also help. We tend to avoid liposuction and carry out directly cutting out the fat rather than liposuction. Cutting the fat out directly is a more direct way of removing the fat. It controls the bleeding as well and avoids traumatizing the fat with the liposuction cannula that often happens with liposuction. After we contour the neck we then carry out a corset platysmaplasty with permanent sutures which lead to longer lasting results. The before and after above shows the results long term.
